The Snap Flats model is simple. Start with our standard structure (a 12' x 12' base made from aluminum) and customize your siding, flooring, fixtures and design. Combine multiple frames, add a bathroom, kitchenette or extra bedrooms. The standard structures "snap" together and are assembled on site by our talented team. You choose the number of rooms and design, then the siding, floors and fixtures. We deliver and assemble and can even take them away if you just need them for a short time.

Snap Flats offer all of the comforts of a home, but are fully powered with "off the grid" technology. This allows the placement of the buildings to be more flexible as well as keeping the environmental impact at a minimum. Air conditioning, heat, electricity and water are all included in our standard design. And using Humless, off the grid equipment, we are able to place the structures anywhere.
